Benas Norvalis

.Benas is a qualified Remedial Massage Therapist who graduated from the Australian College of Sport and Fitness. Benas used to be a professional basketball player in Lithuania. During his career he discovered a passion for the human body and the unlimited potential that we can reach with some assistance, which is why he decided to do massage and start helping people. Benas has always been interested in anatomy, biomechanics, a healthy lifestyle and working one-on-one to inspire his clients to better health.

Having a strong background in competitive sports has helped him to understand some of the demands, both physical and mental, which come with different sports roles.

On top of the targeted remedial treatments, Benas clearly explains how the biomechanics of the body are important, not only for the optimal function of your muscles, but also better management of injuries or ailments that cause you grief. Benas assists his clients to achieve their personal goals and improve further with every visit. He also advises and guides each client on how to improve day-to-day health and wellbeing.

Benas’ treatment is a combination of accurate assessment, Remedial Massage, and Myofascial release. Benas also does Sports Massage, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point, Cupping, pregnancy massage, Muscle Energy Techniques and PNF Stretches which greatly increase range of motion.

Benas believes that Massage is the Art of Healing & tailors each treatment for the needs of his clients. Massage helps people achieve and maintain better health by helping relieve stress & tension and enhance circulation and healing. Everyone is different, so their treatment must also be unique, specific and individual.

In his spare time, Benas plays basketball (3 times a week), goes to the gym (5 times a week) and spends most of his free time with his family.
